    Similar to Lithics, RM Logo is a company that creates logos for people. With this piece, I chose the KUI Real Estate logo that they created in 2023. As I was also looking on their page they created a bunch of other color alternatives one being green and white, a reverse of this red and white one (the red and white are switched), a blue and white, and a grey/black and white. It seems as if their company creates logos in the form of package deals where you can get multiple mock-ups and ideas and alterations along with color changes. This logo in particular seems to have been created for a real estate agent. 

    I feel as if this logo design that they created is an excellent example of flat style purely because it contains two colors, all the lines are straight along with having sharp edges, it has an abundance of negative space, and also uses it in their logo, and they have the typography right in the center to actually tell what brand it is. It looks as if the initial concept of the logo was to combine the letters "K", "U", and "I" with the home icon. The logo is also simple and minimal, not having any depth or details added into it but more so concentrating on incorporating the letters into it.
