In this piece titled Left Arm Coffee by Jordan Kirschenmann, I feel is a good representation of flat design aspects of minimalism, neutral colors, no depth, use of negative space, and straight lines. The use of the typeface ties back to Schmitt Mortiz, Ironman (poster), 2015. Behnace piece but this typeface is most likely Courier (ex: Left Arm Coffee) or Source Serif Variable Bolded. I think using only straight lines to create the arm is what really makes this flat design since the designer could have easily made it round by with the circle behind it, the straight lines contrast the circle to make the arm pop out even more without adding the extra depth.
