Flat Design

After reviewing the slides and information given, I have decided to research to design style known as "flat design." Many of the other styles I have seen and learned about but this one in particular stood out to me because I did recognize the Ironman piece shown on the slide explaining the style. I personally lean more towards minimal design but when I think minimal, I think neutrals. I want to see pieces that use colors but it doesn't feel overfilled with the different colors while also making negative space not feel as negative. I think researching this style will also give me the chance to look into "Swiss Style," a style that influenced Flat Design, and see what other factors from past styles have done to influence flat design.
